The Powerful Impact of Emotion and How We Can Utilize it for Confidence with Liesel Teversham of Savvy Self Growth for Introverts.

This morning I interviewed Liesel Traversham, all the way from South Africa(!), on how our emotions can get in the way of our success and how to get past them to thrive.

What is covered:
How childhood experiences shape our confidence
How you can start having a happy childhood now, even if you’re over 50
Building confidence through discovering your unique strengths

In this article I’m going to share the simple scientific principles behind how I passed drug tests for my parents years ago, using a marijuana detox kit. I’ve also used the same method to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Bio: After 10 years as a musician, and another 10 as a computer programmer, Liesel Teversham started her third career in the emotional wellness industry in 2005. Her biggest eye opener was learning how unresolved emotions and events from childhood, negatively impact our success journey. She’s qualified in methods to resolve those challenges quickly and simply. She now works also with Positive Psychology and helps her clients to embrace and celebrate their unique strengths.

She helps introverts to build confidence so they can thrive.  Liesel is the author of “No Problem. The Upside of Saying No” and “Coping with a Dying Pet”, and she’s hosted 2 podcast shows and a Telesummit. http://savvyselfgrowth.com
