Your identity is reflected in your limiting beliefs, fears, actions and even non-actions. Behind all your actions are your beliefs about yourself and what you can achieve. Your old identities will continue to sabotage your efforts until you create new ones.
Getting to the next level might require an identity shift, a change in the way you see yourself. If the way you see yourself doesn’t match the dream you’re going after, you will not achieve it.

Before I attended Erin Summ’s Bold Powerful You Unleashed retreat in October 2019, I was stagnant in business and unhappy in my relationship. Through the retreat, the visioning workshop and our coaching together to build my confidence, I had my BEST YEAR EVER in 20 years in my Pure Romance in-home party business in 2020, during a pandemic! I had my best month ever in February with over $10,000 in personal sales, and over $68,000 in personal sales in 2020, when the majority of my parties were online!
I pushed past many fears, healed and re-built my relationship, set boundaries and even bought my own house! It has been an incredible year and so much of that has to do with the support I received from Erin and her group coaching. I had huge mindset shifts and now I feel like nothing can stop me!
I said that I wanted to travel and use my degrees and to get into my photography a lot more. I am now living outside the country, in China, teaching English to 5-6 year olds, traveling and doing my photography. So, the 3 things that I’ve always wanted to do and never thought I’d have the opportunity- I’m now doing!
Within just a few months, I joined Toastmasters and began speaking, traveled alone to a retreat in Sedona Arizona, and found love! My confidence has returned to me, and I am incredibly happy! Before Erin’s Visioning Workshop, I had a lot of things on my list of what I wanted to accomplish and change, but there wasn’t much movement happening on any of it. Since the workshop, I have gotten engaged and married, bought a house with my wife and had a baby! From Fearful to Bold and Confident in my Own Skin!
Before working with Erin, I was terrified of being seen, panicking at the thought of speaking and putting myself out there. I attended Erin Summ’s visioning workshop in 2018, and discovered I had very deeply buried secret dreams of speaking, writing books and starting a business coaching business. I saw the dream, but was way too afraid to take action.
In October 2019, I attended her Bold Powerful You Unleashed retreat, then continued in her group program through 2020. One day I panicked when I was asked to do an interview, so Erin took me through some processes to get out of my fear and feel more confident. As soon as the very next day, when I got asked to do an interview, I no longer felt fear, but was excited and could see possibilities for what was to come!
This past year working with Erin I have come out of my shell and blossomed, becoming more confident, embracing my creative, authentic, rebel self. I started my business coaching branch of my business, wrote chapters in compilation books, began writing my own book, started doing interviews, videos and even ran my first business class!
I’ve gotten more comfortable setting boundaries and gotten clear on what I really want in my life and business. I’m so excited to be creating a new reality as a bold, confident woman!

In just a few short weeks since Erin’s Visioning Workshop, I conducted my very first training and added four new team members to my Touchstone Crystal team! One of the biggest goals on my vision board was to earn my companies incentive trip to Alaska, and I earned it! My husband I were able to take the trip together, it was wonderful!
Before Erin’s Visioning Workshop my cleaning business was hit and miss. I felt like I was trying to force my business to work. Since the workshop, I am laser focused, intentional and taking action. I am more positive and receptive to opportunities coming my way. My business has grown by leaps and bounds, and I am even partnering with real estate agents to clean homes go get them beautiful to go on the market. And I even was able to purchase a new car!
I don’t look at things with the same eyes anymore. Things can be however I want them to be, I have a positive, fresh outlook. I’m taking action on the possibilities, not just sitting back and thinking “that would be nice.” I’m dreaming bigger, believing I can have more, and making things happen.
I’ve now attended two of Erin’s Visioning Workshops. They are so much fun and have really helped me to expand in my life and business. I’m thinking in a much bigger, long term way now. My vision is even effecting my husband, who quit his job and started his own business! We even just purchased a house in Texas, moving out of California, to save money in order to reach our financial goals.
I feel way more confident than when I attended the first workshop, get out of my comfort zone a lot more, and the more my confidence grows, the more I feel is achievable. I even lost 35 pounds and am back to my pre-pregnancy weight!
I now am confident that my vision is achievable, which keeps me motivated and moving forward, growing and growing. It’s so exciting!!
